The Fortnite v22.20 update brings the brand-new Direct Event Binding system for devices in Creative! Also, with the new AI Patrol Path Node device, you can create patrol paths for guards spawned from a Guard Spawner device. When Allow Slide Kick is turned on, if a player slides into another player or a destructible object, they will perform a sliding kick that does damage and has knockback.

During Shadow of Phantasm Week, the Suppressed Assault Rifle, Suppressed SMG, Shadow Bomb, and Shield Bubble will be unvaulted! Complete special Quests for XP while using these items. Find the Quests on the Quests page in the “Shadow of Phantasm Week” category!

Capsule Corp continues to send deliveries! The Kamehameha and Nimbus Cloud (Kintoun) items are still on the Island, just at a lower rate of appearance.

The Homebase Status Report for v21.50 will be announced on 9/6 after the current venture season ends.In the meantime, here are some issues that are resolved as of the v21.50 update.

• Fixed an issue that caused Husks to ignore certain build types, such as doors.
• Fixed an issue that caused players to be unable to build near or on device fragments. This prevented players from building near the objective.
• Fixed an issue with Heroes appearance defaulting to Tier 1 style when evolving the equipped commander above level 2 from lobby.
• Fixed an issue that caused Hero back bling styles ot revert after evolution.
• Fixed an issue that caused weapons to become invisible or not function correctly after using a Shockwave while Sprinting.
• Fixed an issue that caused players to be put in a reload loop after sprinting/jumping with a Shockwave.

The next Fortnite update is here without a shadow of a doubt. In Fortnite Battle Royale v21.50, let the spirit of Phantasm.

As an additional note the Impostors Game Mode will head to the Vault, the Bridge is safe for now.

The v21.40 update brings the new Level Loader device, the Primitive Alphabet Gallery, plus new pieces in the Deserted Fortress Galleries!

Using the Level Loader device, you can place levels that you've created and saved with the Level Instance device. You can place the Level Loader device off-grid, rotate it to any angle, and even place it on top of another Level Loader device!

In case you missed it, the No Sweat Summer Gallery was recently added to Creative! With this Gallery, you can add the Ice Cream Truck prop and Ice Cream Consumable pickup items to your islands. We also released Boney Burbs content, bringing five new Prefabs and three new Galleries.

Hey Mobile players!

With today's update, devices with an Adreno 660 or better will have the option to run Fortnite at 90 FPS!

Devices that previously had 90 FPS will also have it re-enabled.

Running your device with 90FPS enabled may increase battery drain and the temperature of your device.

If your battery gets too low or the device begins to overheat the FPS will become limited. If your device is compatible you'll find the option available in the video settings (the first default tab when you open settings) once you've updated it.

The 21.40 update also means that the Fortnite x Dragon Ball event is here!

• Resolved an issue where players are sometimes taken out of Edit Mode unintentionally.
• The Versus Board has been added to competitive playlists.
