So you’re saying if something unforeseen happens like a game crash, you’re going to have wait 15 minutes before you start queueing? Wouldn’t that make players waste 15-17 minutes of their tournament? I don’t understand how this week of FNCS is being conducted on a level playing field.
It depends on the timing. If you encounter the error / game crashes at 6:25 for example, you can wait until 6:30 and then restart and requeue. If the error happens at 6:31, you'll have to wait until 6:45 to restart and requeue. You only will need to do this once to fix the issue, unless of course you have to remake the party again. And as I mentioned in the comment below, this should only happen for Round 1s in each region.

Restart your game.
Requeue for FNCS.

We've been testing the issue internally but have been able to find a reliable repro for the bug. Do you have Disable Pre-Edits turned on and are you using Confirm Edit on Release? If it happens again, would you mind reporting it in-game and sending me your account ID? We can look at your logs that way.

The bug itself affects all tournaments unfortunately. If we have to cancel the cash cups later this week, we will update everyone if we make that decision.

I think because they ban changing teammates through i tournament im kinda scared because i did it on bragging rights because our 3rd ghosted 2 hours in
It is for changing teammates mid tournament. We only sent warnings because we did not communicate the change effectively. There were some (https://twitter.com/FortniteStatus/status/1356811152110592001) players that got it by mistake but this warning covers events from December 2020 - present.
This was specifically in reference to players who would swap teams to restart a tournament. While it was in the rules, we didn't specifically call it out when it was introduced and it was a change from previous player behavior. Because we didn't specifically call it out, we are only giving warnings to those players and we will not disqualify them from the tournaments in which they were not compliant.
