Made cotton seeds at the windmill and was unable to pick them up due to full inventory. Then in some order (I forget what exactly): Researched automation, started making wheat seeds, freed up space in inventory. Newly made wheat seeds were put in inventory automatically and showed up on quick select bar. Picked up cotton seeds; they did not show up on the quick select bar. Bug was fixed by going into inventory, picking up cotton seeds using cursor, then putting back in inventory, upon which they showed up in the quick select.

tabbing out of the game while full screened makes the internal state of fullscreenmode incorrect
