Our teams are investigating and we think we have identified why this change didn't result in the desired fix. We have a solution and are working toward getting it live.

We do care and I have made our teams aware of the issue. This isn't the first report we have seen, but it is the first that this account has issued a response to. Any video of the issue would be appreciated.

The thread you linked shows an error that appeared right at the start of Season 1 upon first login. Can you share more about when you saw this error? You mentioned you played a few games and then encountered it. Have you seen this multiple times today?

We're aware of an issue preventing some Players from equipping BlackCell content. Impacted players have been identified, and we'll soon begin to retroactively grant any missing items to Players.

This should only impact MP Loadouts, various customization choices, and certain settings.

We're targeting this change to be much more soon than the Mid-Season mark, but have kept the In-Season label since it is not right at launch.

Definitely not a hoax, but glad that you are having a good experience!

We actively work to solve as many crashes as possible and release stability fixes both as updates you download, like a major update, or in the background via our servers or playlist updates.

Also clearing this up:

ACT 4 will include multiple missions and is available no matter if you compete Acts 1-3

• There is one mission, which is the Story Mission.
• Act IV (4) will continue the Modern Warfare Zombies story over the next few seasons.

The call that we had with creators today was great. Still, like previous creator meetups/calls, details can sometimes get lost during an influx of new information.

Zombie exfils will be reverted back to launch/close to launch zombie counts.

Final exfil will include even more zombies/more bosses

Making sure to clear this up. Below is the exact language we shared with some creators this morning.

• Launch
  • More formidable enemies have been added to the Exfil experience in all zones.
• In-Season
  • All exfils will increase the number of enemies spawned, with the Final Exfil receiving a significant boost to enemy count and enemy types.

We are in the process of retroactively granting players their Battle Pass XP as noted on Trello.

This process is automatic and still ongoing at the time of this writing. (November 27th @ 7:55 PM PT)

NOTE: The retroactive refund of Battle Pass XP will be for the amount that a player should have earned before any Double Battle Pass XP tokens were applied. Double Battle Pass XP tokens used during this time will be refunded after Battle Pass XP has been retroactively granted.
