Greetings Agents,

The servers will shut down for unscheduled maintenance on Friday, March 6th at 09:30 AM CET / 03:30 AM EST / 00:30 AM PST to deploy several fixes.

Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

You can find the maintenance notes below. We're still verifying all the fixes that will be deployed tomorrow and we will update you during the maintenance window.

  • Fixed an issue causing Aaron Keener to behave odd when being affected by EMP.
  • Fixed an issue that caused ECHOs to not be interactable.
  • Fixed an issue where the Control Point Officer UI would not appear after interaction.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented players to talk to Kelso.
  • Fixed an additional issue that could prevent players from interacting with Community Leaders.

Greetings Agents,

The servers will shut down for unscheduled maintenance on Friday, March 6th at 18:45 CET / 12:30 PM EST / 09:30 AM PST to deploy several fixes.

Estimated downtime is approximately 30 minutes.

You can find the maintenance notes below. We're still verifying all the fixes that will be deployed tomorrow and we will update you during the maintenance window.

  • Fixed an issue causing players to be locked out of their inventory under certain circumstances
  • Reduced the amount of XP earned from failing the Target Practice activity to prevent an exploit
  • Reduced the XP gained from multi-kills
  • Increased Specialization Points rewarded from Bounties and Projects
  • Fixed Blueprint reward preview in Projects not showing correctly

Hello everyone,

We're aware of an issue where some players on Xbox One are not able to log into the game as their characters are shown as "Locked" in the main menu, despite owning the Warlords of New York expansion.

Right now, the team is working hard in order to find a solution and deploy it as soon as possible.

We wanted to thank you for your reports and patience while we're working on a fix.

In the meantime, we would like to remind you that:
  • To access Warlords of New York you need to own the Warlords of New York expansion on the console you are playing on.
  • If you have started the Warlords of New York campaign that Agent requires Warlords of New York to login.
  • To access characters that are in the New York campaign or above Level 30 you will require to own Warlords of New York

Yep, that's unfortunate.
As correctly highlighted by headwrong here in the comments, we're aware of this and it's a different bug compared to the Community Leaders one.

We're looking at it of course.

Hello everyone,

We're aware of an issue where players are not able to interact with Community Leaders NPCs in the game.

In the meantime, restarting the game and fast travelling in and out the Safe House might help.
Additionally, if a community leader is not working, you can try switching to another area.
