Thank you for trying again and providing us with the outcome of the test. This has definitely speed up our investigation process.

In order to investigate further, could you please provide a video showing this steps:

  • Exporting the file in the correct form, as explained in the previous message;
  • Trying to upload the file and receiving the error message


A second video showing the same file being uploaded by another player on another machine would be really useful too!
