I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

When you say you have fast travelled and rebooted, did you play any more of the game after doing this or did you go straight back to this quest? If you went straight back, can you try performing other activities in the game and then returning to the quest?

I have multiple reports of players having issues with this quest; we have now merged these all into this thread to try and keep track of the different issues with the quest.

If as many of you as possible can provide a short video of your particular issue, so that I can pass these onto the team, that would be perfect.

@alphamachina Redeeming the rewards before you launch the game should not cause any problems with receiving them.

I've raised this with the team and will get back to you when I have more information.

Can you provide any video examples of audio problems you have listed? We can send these off to the team so they can take a closer look?
