I have checked in with the team and can see that your support case was not deleted it was merged with another case you have open about the issue.

I can see you are pursuing a refund, we on the forums are not able to assist with your refund, you will need to be patient while that case is dealt with.

As we are not able to provide assistance for a refund and you have taken to using this thread to flame support, I have locked the thread.

Please keep an eye on your e-mail for any updates about your open case.
