If you are reporting an entire clan, your best bet would be to make a Support Ticket and list the Clan name, and any suspected player names.

Hey there! If you're still running into this error, I usually recommend clearing the console cache first by powering it down and unplugging it for 5 minutes.
Should that fail, the Support Team has an FAQ for this error, and platform-specific steps to sort it out.
