I'm sorry to see you guys have had such negative experiences in your matches. Toxicity is an ongoing fight that we are trying to tackle, and are always welcome to suggestions from our players who want to see positive change. If anyone has an idea on ways to further combat toxicity, I will be happy to send them in my report!

Correct; in order to lower frustration by players using the exploit, the devs disabled her temporarily to sort the issue out. While it is definitely frustrating to not have an operator to play, it is better than being killed unfairly by someone using an exploit.

She will be back once the devs have ironed out the issue with her. Unfortunately we don't really have an ETA on when this will happen. Once she's reintroduced we will be sure to make a post on the Reddit post here!

Hey guys! The Quick Match/Casual playlist does have its own separate MMR that is invisible. If you are playing against someone who has a high rank, it would mean they have a similar level of Quick Match MMR. This could be due to them not playing very seriously or not spending much time in Quick Match as opposed to Ranked.

Thanks for the suggestion! I have seen a couple threads tossing the idea around for a hardcore mode. I will be sure to include this idea with my report. Would you want the separate hardcore more to also have a ranked mode for an even greater challenge?

Hello! I appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed post regarding the Casual playlist! I do like the idea of maintaining a lobby after the match and continuing onto the next. It would allow for a smoother transition and lower the chance of being loaded into a match in progress, while also allowing you to stay with players you encounter! I will be sure to include this thread in my report to the devs. :)

The main difference between the base game and deluxe is that the latter includes the Year 1 Ops. You can unlock the legacy ops with renown, but it is up to you if you want to have more ops to choose from starting off!

There is some Uplay degradation occurring, so some online services are having trouble. Sorry about that! The team is working on it and hopefully this will be sorted out soon.
