They get the amount of MMR they lost from that match added back. Here[rainbow6.ubisoft.com] is some more info on the MMR Roll Back System.

2) Do i need to suffer to get a play charm? Or i will still get it even if i will say in gold?

You get a charm for the highest rank you've achieved that season.

As both have mentioned, you get 600 R6 Credits with the pass, and an additional 600 R6 Credits if you owned the Year 4 season pass prior to getting the next pass.

well if you are talking about an error code, it is just a straight disconnect. I would not question it if it was just me since my internet can be hit or miss at times but its happened to my irl friends, people I play with in the r6 official discord, and even random people I meet online. That does not take into account what I have seen in forums or have heard about.

I play in the official r6 discord and thiss has been happening to many there as well. The servers are somehow worse then they usually are this ember rise. Something needs to be done about it.

Burnout can be tough to deal with. I've experienced this with other games in the past. The most helpful thing I could suggest is rotating games often. I tend to have the habit of binging a game till I either burnout on it or completely finish it. Taking breaks is totally okay! It is also healthier for you to take breaks, as well.
