As Sybec mentioned, it essentially is supposed to wipe matches with the banned player as if they never happened. Therefore, any MMR you gained or lost was reversed. For some players, the amount they lost may have been less than the amount they gained by playing against a banned player.

This is an error code we are investigating currently. What region are you from? What is your ISP?

I assume they meant instead of only getting one free pack from a challenge, they should be able to play the event and earn more than one pack. Like a normal Alpha Pack system, as opposed to only being able to purchase the packs with in-game currency after getting your free packs.

Do you only have this issue with the Unranked playlist? What region are you from? About what time are you queueing for Unranked?

I apologize for your negative experience. You should be reporting players abusing this behavior. You can report them by clicking their names in the scoreboard and using the in-game report button for griefing/abusive behavior.

What specifically do you not like about Tower? How would you change Tower?

The maps are only rotating at the start of the season and during the mid season patch.

I've made note that since the map rotation system, people have shared that they really do not like Favela. I personally don't like it that much either. How would you rework Favela?
