One thing I haven’t seen in the comments is how the “full” fix list says the yellow light is being removed on the breach charges. Does this mean you can’t blow out floors with it any more?
You can still breach, it just will go directly from red to green.

u/UbiNoty could you guys look into it? Not only is in rather poor taste given the current situation with China, but it honestly looks worse than her real emblem. Also, Jager's birthday skin was patched because his emblem was rotated at launch, this is worse because is the wrong emblem altogether.

Are the issues with Monty's pro league uniform or all of IQ's texture bugs ever going to be fixed or even acknowledged? It has been over 2 and a half years now that they have been broken, the patch notes always state that "minor texture issues have been fixed with certain uniforms" but the most obvious ones are still in the game after 2 years of constant reports. I've paid money for these skins and its ridiculous they havent been fixed after this long.
I believe that should have been fixed with the 3.1 patch. If you're still seeing it please create a report on r6fix.ubi.com.

That is what happens, but with a bit more nuance for when we determine who is reset.
The ironic part is the support website does it to. The issue is, at least on my end, if you start scrolling before the page has fully loaded it will refresh for lack of a better term and start loading from the beginning.

Yeah it’s completely messed up on ios. Has been for a long while.

Further info: I didn't shoot at the shield, and it's possible it's just a visual glitch. On the final kill cam all players said they saw the same thing I did. The operator had the shield in his hand while shooting. Nobody could confirm shooting at the shield and whether or not you could shoot at him through it.
The guy doing the glitch claimed it was an accident and had no idea he was doing it. His team seemed to feel like it was truly an accident, but obviously we're uncertain whether or not that's true. Either way, it's back :/
