Does this mean the red dot was not intended and we are not getting it? (what is fine by me i just wanted answers)
Not sure why the red dot was added into the icon asset, but it is not in game and we'll be updating the asset where we can to reflect how it is on live.

Casual is just renamed to quick match,
Demonstrably false. Quick match implements AA/DD rotations like ranked now. Combined with limited map pools from previous season this is unpopular with casual players. It's not just a name change.
We had a smaller map rotation for casual for the entirety of ember rise and it was still known as casual. The AA-DD rotation would have happened even if the name hadn't changed as we felt it would make the casual experience better (you may disagree with the decision, but that was the motivation behind the change).
Now casual is quick match. The name may be different but the spirit and intention of the mode remains the same.
I restarted entire game and Uplay. But still same issue. It still says 9 Matches left. Kindly please help. When the servers went offline i was plating ranked match and lost the last one. Maybe the system is considering my Ember Rise last ranked match as the placement match for this reason. Your help will be highly appreciated.
Just a bit of an update, if you were in a ranked match prior to the maintenance start, it may have ended in the middle and carried over. Hence the 1/10.

Apologies for the confusion. There was a bit of miscommunication in the addendum. The SA servers were only available in the test server for the time being. As they are still undergoing testing, they will not be available for live quite yet.

It was a bug, restart and you should be able to unlock past season operators as normal.
We also fixed the issue with the operator prices/unlocks - so if you restart it should all work normally.
