Even if you skip the AAR you should tell receive all your rewards. I wouldn't worry as it's still all being recorded server side, but refresh and that should update your BP progression.

After a match, I only see the points for rounds won, match outcome, and a boost for ranked/unranked.

Do you have a screenshot of the breakdown? There may be some visual issues with the breakdown but it should be getting recorded correctly.
