We already have a stipulation about "Forbidden Conduct" in the terms of use, which does include cheating and can result in a PermaBan as the maximum sentence, but as far as I'm aware there aren't any actual Governmental laws against using third party accounts, therefore it would be very difficult to actually prosecute someone over it.
More-so, I don't think anyone would actually read it, honestly.
