Here are the official minimum specs for the game! [support.ubisoft.com]
It looks like you barely hit the specs, but i definitely recommend keeping it on low settings and using the Vulkan launcher :)

there is no sound when the terrorist is shooting at me and his gun does not have a suppressor!!!
kinda hard to play a game that uses sound as a big part of game play when you cannot hear the gunshots!
