Taking a break is never a bad idea - personally whenever I go on a losing streak I end up getting angry and making stupid mistakes because of it. Sometimes I take several month long breaks from games and it really can be healthy from a mental standpoint. Try something new! The game will be there when you get back :)

So rollbacks are related to games where a cheater was involved, basically the idea is to nullify any MMR gained or lost when a cheater is involved in one of your games. Hope that clears things up!
