Match cancellation is currently in place, but it's only in ranked. Keep in mind that the option to vote to end the match will only occur if the player leaves before the first round actually starts.

That's an incredibly odd bug. Have you tried resetting your keybinds to default just to see if something got goofy there?

I recommend Mira! Her gadget is straightforward and useful for the whole team, plus her loadout is stellar.
