We have opened up a lot about our anti-cheat policies and the way we handle cheating which you can read about here.

As far as a cheating software to automatically detect and ban cheaters, wouldn't you worry about potential large-scale ban waves that were done in error? Or even just potential false positives? I would hate to see what a bug in an automatic ban system would do.
