So all my recent matches are 2 vs 5, 1 vs 5 because all others are long dead before the end of the match.
This kills the incentive to win completely because it's almost impossible now.
So I guess I'll just be killing enemy, not trying to win,
that's the only way to have fun with the current implementation of team balance.

Vote to Kick in Casual has gone too far. I am getting kicked out of games and 1.) I don't know who is starting the vote kicks in the first place. 2.) I don't know the reason as to why I am getting kicked in the first place and while sometimes it might be clear, (4 stack bullying me) other times, I just get kicked for the dumbest of reasons.
I would like for some changes to vote to kick and they wouldn't be too much, just things this game needs in order to stop people from constantly vote to kicks in the first place.

If the match cancels because not everyone has connected, then sure, that would help the problem with some people starting with only half their team when the match starts.
