I don't believe you receive points for healing enemies since it's not an intended mechanic.

I know for a fact that had to be frustrating to experience. Were you using Wifi or plugged in via ethernet?

Tower and new Hereford Base were maps the Ranked community voiced their displeasure for, so they were removed from the Ranked map pool. Which Ranked maps have you been playing on that you're not a fan of?

feels super closed off when you are attacking and i find it hard to play that map without a 5 stack

You're not alone in how you feel about this, Zikel. I saw a few threads about two weeks ago talking about this exact thing, which is why I've already let the team know about how the community feels towards Quick Match (Casual) MMR. What would you like to see as an alternative to the system for Casual matchmaking?

I can sense your frustration through your message, and understand how frustrating it can be playing against someone who's pretending to be a much higher level than they really are. The dev team has begun investigating and monitoring smurf accounts and their interaction with the community, but I don't have any more information to share about it at this time.

It doesn't, but that would be an interesting feature! I've seen some players talk about how they want to look back at previous games/situations to see if they could've approached it more efficiently. Plus it could be useful in catching cheaters and the like. I believe this idea has been brought up to the team already, but it's nice to see more people in the community hoping for this.
