Do you feel Smoke needs a rework? If so, what have you seen about his playstyle that would warrant the dev team changing him?

I would agree! I don't use the TCSG as much as I should, though, roaming around with the Vector is just so satisfying.

Which maps/Bomb sites would you say are best suited for Goyo?

I can assure you it wasn't someone on our end who deleted it. We encourage our players to bring any visual evidence of cheaters and toxic players to us so we can investigate. You're more than welcome to either repost what you had, or bring it to Ubisoft Support to be looked at.

As mentioned in similar threads, the dev team has begun investigating smurf accounts. I don't have much else to share aside from that, unfortunately. I know it can be very upsetting to play against someone or a group of enemies pretending to be low-level players when in reality, they're high Plats.

I like the idea of increasing the clearance level needed to play Ranked. That change would singlehandedly bring down the number of smurfs. How often do you encounter smurf accounts when you play? What's the experience like?

I believe it's randomized. I'm not aware of an algorithm that gives the defuser to a specific Op if they're on the attacking team.

Yikes, that's quite the string of bad luck you had there. Mav is definitely one of those ops that players have to put time in to learn. What about his kit made keep going back even though you weren't having the expereince you were hoping for?
