That's unfortunate to hear players aren't allowing the new ops to be playable in Ranked. Have you had the opportunity to play them at all since the new season launched?

We currently have features in place to combat cheaters! You can report them through the in-game tools, or bring any visual evidence of the cheaters to Ubisoft Support [support.ubi.com] to be looked into.

We deployed the Mini Battle Pass in October, which allowed us to collect valuable feedback and data from our players. We are currently working on the next Battle Pass but it needs more development time before release. You should hear about it soon.

I believe that feature is intentional. It's supposed to simulate how you're not able to talk when dead. You're transitioning from an operator to playing support via cams, etc, which is why your voice cuts out for a second or two.

Are you talking about Renown? If so, the team is aware and looking into the issue.

I've had this happen a few times personally and the download has always picked back up. Keep an eye on it and let me know if it still doesn't move.

As someone who plays Newcomer, how often do you come across smurf accounts in matches? I'm curious to see how frequent it is since we have no way of figuring out who's on an alternate account at the moment.
