Thatcher was stupid even if you consider him in a vacuum, but he also set the bar way too high for other gadget destruction operators. Nerfing him in this way opens up way more opportunities, like bringing Twitch or Kali without buffing them to insane levels, even if Thatcher's not banned.

My mistake. Base operators, Year 1 and Year 2 operators will be unlocked at the start if you buy the Deluxe version. That's 16 operators for just $2 more than the Standard version. So now, go and refund it and buy the deluxe edition
