Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 4 a.m. PT / 6 a.m. CT / 7 a.m. ET / 12 p.m. UTC +1 and will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Please note that maintenance is longer than usual this week due to some backend updates that are occurring. The following changes will be made to the game during this maintenance:

• The Love Strongboxes Promotion will begin for 4 weeks!
• The Frozen Canyon Event will end next week!
  • All event related items will be removed on Feb. 8.

• The Dragon Slayer Promotion related items and exchanges will be removed on Feb. 8!

Our apologies for not communicating in advance regarding deletion dates appearing on Gran Kain Enchant Scrolls. During maintenance on Wednesday, March 1, the following items will be removed from player inventory:

• Gran Kain's Top-grade Kaliel's Bracelet Enchant Scroll
• Gran Kain's Circlet Enchant Scroll
• Gran Kain's Dragon Shirt Enchant Scroll
• Gran Kain's La Vie En Rose Brooch Enchant Scroll

We’ve been following the discussions and overall negative sentiment regarding the reduced enchant rates of the current Dragon Slayer promotion. We will be evaluating how to approach future promotions with your feedback in mind. Thanks to everyone who took time to provide their thoughts on this matter.
