I show a line that says " 40.84.40.16 client.arenagame-a.east.magic-the-gathering-arena.com " however if I delete it it says access denied when trying to save it. How can I work around this? Sorry not the most techy.

Please add a screenshot if you see this again. From your description, it sounds like you may not have had 8 or more loyalty on Nicol Bolas at the time - it has to have at least 8 loyalty to activate that ability.

It's not a bug. We change the cards new accounts get from time to time. If you've been playing awhile, you'll have cards your friend didn't get and vice versa. You can use wildcards to get the Gift Pack 2018 cards if you'd like.

Developers are looking into a fix for this issue. So far, it appears to be impacting specifically Turkish language users, and several have found that switching their Windows language to English allowed them to work around this problem in the meantime. (One person mentioned they switched to English, downloaded all game assets, then switched back to Turkish and could keep playing without issue.)

You have to match the display name case *exactly*.

Makes sure you and your opponent are entering case-sensitive names. If your opponent starts your display name with 'boon' instead of 'Boon', the challenge will fail and leave you waiting on that screen.

Some Gideon decks were printed with Jace deck codes. Since those are limited to one-per-account, you'll get a failure when trying to use it. Please contact us here, and we'll help get the Gideon deck onto your account.

This is usually caused by software called Killer Network Manager. It comes by default on some Alienware machines. If you don't have the mastery tree, it means you already completed the new player experience, perhaps before the tree was introduced. In that case, you would already have most of the items given out by the tree. You can use code StarterStyles to get a few items like a sleeve that were added by the mastery tree.

The only way to experience the tree itself if you missed it would be to create a new account.

We are aware of a bug causing the behavior mentioned in this thread. So far logging out and back has been a good workaround for the players I've worked with, but I'm interested to hear if that doesn't work for anyone.
