Hi all, we have done some investigating and determined that login issues with signing in are related to the ESO store and account maintenance occurring right now. This is not tied to the account specific rollbacks. So once maintenance ends, you should be able to log back in. We are going to continue to monitor this as well. Thanks to everyone who assisted us in the investigation.

Yes, we just to PTS down. We encountered an issue once PTS went live. We are working on investigating and will follow up with more info soon.

Hi All, we are following up here on the issue related to reported crashing and disconnects on console. We have found this issue related to a memory fragmentation occurring and this will be fixed during the next incremental.

Just providing an update here. We are still investigating. As others have mentioned, uninstalling and reinstalling seems to resolve the issue in the short-term. But we have several team members who have been investigating all day, and are still doing so. We'll update as we gather more information. Thanks for your continued patience as we continue investigations.

Hi all. We escalated this to the team when the thread was first reported. Investigations have started but will resume in the morning. Once we have a better idea of what is happening, we’ll update. @ZOS_Kevin - Any update on this? Each day that goes by means each account is losing out on 6 event tickets (3 from the cake & 3 from the value of the daily Jubilee Confetti Pack that I'll have to purchase to replace the one I would have gotten for free). The sooner you can fix this the better, thanks!

Hi everyone, Tomorrow, April 11 beginning at 6am ET/10am UTC, we'll be performing a hotfix on the PC/Mac megaservers to address recent zone crashes. This hotfix will require downtime. Hi all, we are following up regarding a reported issue where ESO or the Free Play Event were not accessible for Xbox and PlayStation console players. We have identified the issue and deployed a hotfix to resolve the issue blocking players for accessing the game or the Free Play Event. Those impacted players are now able to try again to log in and participate in the event. Thanks all and enjoy Tamriel!

Hi All, just an update here. The issue with Tarnished Nightmare interacting with Proximity Detonation is not working as intended has been identified and a fix is ready. The fix for this will be pushed live during our next incremental on Monday, April 8th. LarsS;c-8079794
The set is bugged and a number of people playing pvp are exploiting it, I hope ZOS will act accordingly.

Hi all, we have an update regarding the missing outfit change tokens we attempted to grant during the March 25 incremental. We have completed our investigation and believe we have a solution to make sure everyone can get the promised tokens applied to their account. During the April 8th incremental, we will rerun the grant to give only the missing tokens to all impacted players. We have a list of everyone who should receive the tokens so no need to provide additional information there. Thanks again for your patience as we investigated and worked for a solution to this issue.
