This was reported back in October on PC and was still pushed through today with the console update

We noted that there was a delay with the fix. So once the fix is ready, we'll have it deploy to PC and Consoles at their specific next incremental.

Just following up here, we do have a bug info for this and the team is working toward a fix. We'll have more information to share once the fix is available.

When I try to upload an image to the Community Generated Content section it shows up as only "image url" and the "choose file" option is missing. This happened when the categories changed. The only way I could upload an image is by creating a draft in another category like General Discussion, upload an image, copy the url, go back to community generated content, and paste the url in the new post.

I believe this is bugged right now. I checked our backend system and you should be able to upload. I'm going to escalate this to Vanilla (our forum provider) to make sure they know this is not working properly.

The Elder Scrolls Online v10.2.6 fixes issues identified post Update 44 launch. The first incremental patch for Update 44 address issues in Gold Road, Greymoor, and Base Game content. Specifically, we are fixing some issues in 2-sided Battlegrounds like queueing taking longer than expected with open slots. Additionally, we moved the last year's worth of content from those archived categories to this new category. This change is based on feedback we received from our forum user survey at the beginning of the year.
