Is there any chance we’ll eventually see a “gravity trap/item?” That way we can control the gravity of only specific areas in the map?
Yes.
- Any plans to allow creators to edit ALL of their previously published maps. Even if that island has since been restored.
- I’ve recently submitted map that’s gaming “feature” happens to be a free for all battle. Am I limiting my chances of a feature without a more specific gaming element. (After the success of my mini map, Compact Combat, I assumed it was not a necessity until the recent submission guidelines)
- Can a map still be featured if it was published, has a code, but the island it was located on has since been restored/wiped.
- Any future plans for CREATOR STATS? (Most visited islands/ play time etc)
- Any plans for creators working together inevitably being compensated together?
- Building breaks ALL props. Is that be design or are there plans to change?
The bug for damage to vehicles and music sequencer has been fixed with a new server deploy this morning.
Devices like bounce pad, speed boost... not working in while in create is a bug will be fixed in 8.30. Sorry all.
Agreed it's crazy loud. At a minimum we'll get it decreased in volume, eventually we'll add the option. We'll add it to the bug list.

Hello you just broke the sequencers, it does more damage on vehicles.When an infinite loop is activated the restoration of the island does not put it to 0
Server fix for vehicle damage going in soon. Will take a look at the infinite loop bug.

Sorry all, with the release of 8.20 we accidentally broke Ballers in creative so we've temporarily switched off Climb & Slide. We'll be bringing it back as soon as we've fixed the Ballers.
selecting objects in creative causes frame drops. im not sure if this has been mentioned at all
What platform / device and which object. We'll take a look.
Hi I don’t know if this has been fixed but players can’t shoot/switch guns when a new round starts, the only way to fix is to respawn before the game starts
Will need more info on this shooting/switching guns bug. If you have a game built where this is broken send me your Epic Display Name and the island the game was built on and we'll give it a test.
Infinity Blade does WAY to much damage to objectives. It can one hit 10000 health objectives. Please allow us to adjust that or just lower to something more reasonable. 500 or so.
Well now it's a feature. We'll see see what we can do for this in the future to provide an option. What do you think about just having a normal sword instead without all the special powers? The special powers are what are causing a significant number of bugs.
Music Sequencer STILL not fixed. It's been 3 weeks.
- The zone is visible in game
- Original blue synth notes will often not be played

Totally agreed! We had a full on conversation about fixing this for 8.20. Thought we had gotten it fixed sorry. We did get all the damage noises fixed, made sure to test those. We've prioritized that bug for 8.30. Sorry it'll be a few more weeks.
Creatures from spawners do not spawn loot. Would be nice if we could turn that on and choose what type of loot they drop.
It's in plan to add ability to turn that on/off and to specify what loot they drop :).
why can we drop the infinity blade if dropping items is off? I want to make a sword fighting game mode but I can't if the players will keep dropping it
The way Infinity blade overrides inventory use is one of the big issues we had when getting this fixed for release. Spawning with it causes a lot of issues. We're still working on fixing spawning with the blade. For now you have to pick it up after spawning. You can put them in chests or the item spawner. Sorry I know them littering the ground is going to suck.
Many of the objects are props which by default in BR you want destroyed so you can build.
When you guys run into an object that seems off just post it here we will look at switching them to allow you to build through them. Certainly this make sense for the water and large rocks. It's a great point.
