I would love to mod my own team mode since there is no official one right now
We already plan to add one. :)

What about the might glitches? I'm seeing multiple reports about both of these.
Games ending at 10,000 score with no capitals lost.
In games with people and bots you can take a bot's capital and the game will end by saying that you're the last human left.
Is there any information on when this will be fixed?!
We are aware and working on it
Hey Polytopians,
So, in the latest patch, Live Games from the esports update were added by accident. They're not ready yet, as we're still fine-tuning the timers and fixing bugs. So, they'll be removed in a hotfix.
This hotfix should also solve the Android screen rotation bug that was also accidentally introduced in the last patch.
Sorry about that!

Paging u/Zoythrus so that it can be passed to the dev team.
We are aware
Yeah that is understandable. what is your or studio’s see able goal ?
Sadly, I can't talk about it
You didn’t answer my question
It's not a bad suggestion. Good? Yeah, but it's not what we want for the game right now.
Is it a good suggestion?
It's not something we plan to do right now.
It's a bit of a disappointment considering that there are plenty of tribes that are much closer to a 1:1 match with their IRL inspirations, like Imperius, but tribe skins sound neat, I hadn't considered them before.
I still think there's definitely room for a special tribe with ancient Egyptian inspiration; you guys did do basically that same idea with Imperius and Aquarion - Aquarion is basically a very similar cultural inspiration to Imperius but with a cool gimmick. I get what you mean about Oumaji being your blend of North African/Egyptian, but there's another example of the same similarity between tribes already in the game.
The Imperius are a nice Greco-Roman blend, not strictly Roman. Aquarion is similar, yes, but we try to have them focus more on the water aspects than any possible Greco-Roman ties.
As of this moment, we don't want to add an "Ancient Egyptian tribe," as we consider Oumaji to fill that niche. We want to keep everyone thematically, visually, and culturally distinct so that we're not overcrowding things. But a tribe skin for Oumaji? Maybe someday.
Have the devs ever thought about it?
This might be the most common suggestion given to us, honestly.
Wasn't this planned for moonrise
Nope, never was
And that’s stupid cause they have nothing in common with Egypt other than the pyramid. They’re definitely more Arabic inspired than a proper Egyptian tribe.
If they added skins I’d argue that Zebasi are a better tribe to have an Egyptian skin since they have much more fertile land and start with farming.
Well, the game's time period is set somewhere vaguely in the Medieval age (with some stuff like Imperius bending that a little, but we're not trying to recreate historical cultures or time periods), long after the age of "stereotypical Egypt".
So, Oumaji is Egyptian/North African, just set later than what people expect. After all, we don't want any tribe to be a clear 1:1 with an irl culture, but sort of a blending of similar cultures. We try to keep cultural ties a little fuzzy. So don't expect "ancient Egypt culture," but we're not entirely opposed to maybe taking some notes if tribe skins ever materialize.
Sorry if that's a disappointment.
Yes. Hence why it would be nice to have an actual Egyptian tribe, instead of bedouins but they get a pyramid.
To be fair, the Oumaji do get a pyramid.
We consider the "ancient Egyptian tribe" niche to be filled by the Oumaji, but if we ever got tribe skins and someone got an Egyptian skin, it'd most likely be them.
They have some of the Egyptian architecture, but their design isn’t very Egyptian.
"Egypt" is more than mummies, Anubis, and pharaohs
I saw someone on here suggest an Eqyptian themed special tribe the other day and now whenever I look at the tribes I wish it was a thing
Thing is, Oumaji is our "Egyptian tribe", as they're very much North African inspired.
We are working on it. Sorry about that.
Where are the severs?
Having problems right now
Would scorching the Earth to provide nutrients to new life in the form of agriculture be considered rampant deforestation?
Yes, it's why they don't do it. :)
This post was deemed "low effort" and was removed, either because either the point was not conducive to discussion or it was a meme of such low quality that it barely qualified as a meme.

or that they can't hunt but can fish
They're Pescatarians. :)
I like to imagine that there's a difference between "sustainable use of a forest" and "rampant deforestation", and I feel that the Elyrion would consider the wood used as a gift from nature to aid them in protecting it.
