the Oumaji have something the others do not - speed. The legendary Shebron can quickly dash over dunes, hills, and plains, and are why the Oumaji excel at hit-and-run raids.
This may be in lore, but in gameplay, the Oumaji rider is no different from the riders of other tribes!
Well, that's over long-enough time periods/distances.
In the short term, the Oumaji are fast, but you just don't see it due to the abstracted nature of the game. 😀

They are, but so are the sprites for nearly everything. We consider the sprites to be little more than an abstraction of what's actually happening.
What the Zebasi grow is different from what the Vengir would grow, but they're both farms, and are labeled as such.
