This issue should now be resolved as of the latest BlueStacks update (version 4.90.0.2809). Thanks so much for reporting this issue!

Apologies for the inconvenience here. This should be resolved now. As time allows, would you please attempt to install via the Google Play Store again?

Whoa. This is a weird one. If you feel comfortable doing so, would you please dm your ally code to me? I would like to look at your client logs to see if you are hitting any unexpected errors.

Was this the update that was cutting off the old devices?

If your device was not on the list, you will still be supported. The unsupported device list is actually applied via the Google Play Store itself. As such, if your device was marked as unsupported, you would have been unable to download the new Title Update.

Thanks for the quick reply. We took a look at your logs and are not seeing anything out of the ordinary for a Title Update. That said, when we release Title Updates we do wipe some local cache data for the old client; e.g., asset downloads for the old client that aren't compatible with the new client. On some phones, this wipe may take a while. Could you please try waiting at the splash screen (pictured) for a few minutes? Note that this wipe only occurs once per Title Update and once you get past the splash screen, you should not experience this issue until the next Title Update rolls around.

Hey there, fellow Android friends! I'm a SWGoH developer on the Engineering side of things (not sure how to get the "dev flair") and want to help chime in here to assuage any concerns regarding Android device support.

Whenever a mobile developer needs to stop supporting any Android devices, they have to specifically mark each device as unsupported. We don't apply a global rule against, say, a certain firmware version. As such, if the device you are using is NOT on the list that cg_sbcrumb posted on the forums, you will still be rocking, rolling, and ready for our upcoming title update!
