Yes, all WoWs websites are offering NA WGC build because it doesn't matter for WGC what region it is. But WoWs never offered any other WGC build except NA one. It means that you downloaded EU build not from WoWs website but somewhere else.
There is no option to watch replays at this moment. I will ask CW team could it be done in the future.

Sounds strange because it is the same version that I gave for test about a week ago. And almost all players said that it had reduced amount of crashes. Another part of players said that nothing changed. And it is really strange that it became worse.
We will release 3.1.8 soon and I hope it could improve situation.
Could you please try this steps?
1. Install 3.1.7
2. Rename this folder to any other name:
~/Library/Application Support/Wargaming.net Game Center
3. Try to launch WGC application
Is it works?
P.S.: please return the folder back to avoid re-downloading games from the scratch

3.1.7 has been released. Please check that your 3.1.6 has been updated to 3.1.7 or just download the latest version from official website:
We will release 3.1.7 soon. It should help and it has some perfomance improvements. It could increase FPS for some configurations.

Yeah, WGC wrapper should autoupdate itself from 3.1.6 to 3.1.7, but I am still recommend you to download the latest version from official site by yourself.
3.1.7 have some fixes for crash and perfomance issues but it is not solving them all. We will continue to work on making it better in future versions
