Does "Skullduggery 11: Cold Hearts" quest need to be completed solo?? it doesn't say that it does

Expected behavior: Skullduggery 11: Cold Hearts quest to be ready to hand in after defeating Urska in a frost escalation
Actual behavior: Have killed Urksa twice in a frost escalation but the quest is not complete

there are many of those, but they are up on the ledges. You can't reach them.
Deepfrost Skarn. It used to be Rezakiri but I just really like the aesthetic of Deepfrost Skarn, and his unique moveset is cool.

Yeah the team has worked out some nice plans for loadouts and the UI - right now it's on the backlog as we focus on some gameplay items. But, this spring/summer I really want to focus on some of these kinds of QoL fixes that make the game feel better.
