Weapon pickup interaction angle will be fixed in patch 4.6. Currently it takes priority over most other interactions (even blocks door barges).

Good observation. These windows in Rotterdam had a vault volume that was too big, resulting in random vault animations on the sides. Will be fixed in 4.6.

This will be fixed in 4.6. We did an overhaul of the revive interaction, now the prompt will only show when revives are actually possible. Before the UI and interaction were using slightly different values, resulting in the 'mismatch' you described.

Also the same distances will be used on uphill and downhill revives. Before these distances would differ, making it very hard to predict if a revive is possible or not.

Thanks for compiling the list.

It's not on the Trello board, but Firestorm revives won't be interrupted anymore when not directly looking at the soldier. Also a syringe won't be consumed anymore when for whatever reason the revive is not possible.
