Hi, we recently did testing from August 22nd - August 29th for this feature. We're now in the process of analysing data obtained and reading feedback. We'll likely be making some changes based on these two factors, and then it'll be implemented sometimes after the major update releases. Our closing statement on it is here, in cased you missed it:

The 7-day testing phase for Research Bonuses For New Nations has now concluded. We’d like to thank everyone for taking part, posting their results and leaving feedback and constructive criticism. We’ll now be taking a look at the testing results as well as feedback and will get back to you at a later date — soon after the upcoming major update.

We have no announcement date for this yet, you will have to keep an eye on the news for this, but it would likely be sometime in September.

Yeah, sometimes that happens. Support will help you out here, just be sure not to use those tanks or GE from the pack until its fixed, and be patient on waiting for a response from support.

Locking up the plane controls is kind of annoying. I think the manual guidance missile is really annoying to use, and everyone I know just uses them as glorified rockets, if at all.

Hi, as mentioned already, it's the purchase. The vehicle must be purchased for it to be counted as a "top" vehicle.

Hi, World War Mode is currently not available and hasn't been for some time. However, we are planning to return it in some form in the future.
