Before a mission, yes, you can equip them with something from your Primary Arsenal.

Drydock Days Re-revisited. I am getting very excited now.

I am text-based persons, too. But I understand the video persons have gone unserved for too long.

hang on, am i missing something with the plexus? wouldn't randos who join your railjack cause problems by having bad personal configurations overwriting your - the one who took the time to make a ship - own mod setup?

No overwriting will occur. Host's Railjack still determines Armaments / Components, but players now bring with them the Powers they want + their Turret Damage Mods, etc.

For example. You could have Void Hole on your Plexus, and your Host has Munitions Vortex on theirs. You can both cast whatever powers you brought, since that's all moved to the player.

No.

That's the plan, supporting videos moving forward (if time allows).

Preparation + Primed Flow meta?

In case people don't know: Preparation is a "two-dot" polarity exilus mod that makes you spawn with full energy. Very useful on builds with very high energy cap that have to use all their abilities so can't make use of Dispensary, like Steel Path Gauss or Razorwing Titania (or a solo tridolon Volt)

Seeing Preparation become Meta would sure be something. Didn't even think of that haha.

One other important change to note about the energy economy - as part of the transition from Railjack-based Avionics to player-based Harnesses, Battle/Tactical abilities will now be fueled by Warframe energy, and Flux Energy will be completely removed from the game (any Avionics that relate to it will be converted to Endo). This allows players with existing tools for Energy generation to better integrate those tools into regular Railjack gameplay, further intertwining the two sides of the game.

I'm a bit curious about this part to be honest. Does this mean that railjack enemies will drop energy orbs, or does that mean you have to use energy pads? Because I don't see too many existing tools that would work well if you need to rely on energy orbs dropped by foot soldiers

It's a great question that you have here. We'll have a sort of 'best practices / vision' on how this will work based on the things you've listed closer to launch / in the notes.

Oh like the Melee vs. Primary conversation? That's the next one we are working on but Railjack stuff is all coming first and was well in development before the Devstream that discussed Melee / Primary.

Watching the price of this crash is gonna be spicy.

As far as I know this is not intentional - we will rectify the offering / plan when the offices re-open Tuesday with full details on what happened here! In the data it's the 'Operator Wolf Hood' so we were trying to return that but something is not working here as you can see.

I was hyped to see it last time, but alas we were foiled by rendering errors (I think?), but I'm so looking forward to the Birdplane

Big time, yes.

Hi Everyone!

It is almost time for Devstream #151 / Home Devstream #11! We will be at the usual place (twitch.tv/warframe) with the Devstream crew of Steve, Sheldon, Geoff, Scott and I.

I don't think it means that, no. Will get the details on that sorted soon (especially once Console has had their kick at the Operation)!

PC Tenno!

With Operation: Orphix Venom coming to an end TODAY on PC, we must give a new home to Lavos and his signature weapon - the Cedo. This week will bring a PC Hotfix that puts all the required Blueprints needed for both Lavos and the Cedo in Father’s Wares for Entrati Standing.

Similar to Baruuk, you will be able to acquire Lavos/Cedo and their parts at varying Entrati Ranks:

  • Lavos Blueprint: Rank 2 - Acquaintance
  • Lavos Chassis/Neuroptics/Systems: Rank 3 - Associate
  • Cedo Blueprint: Rank 4 - Friend
  • Cedo Barrel/Receiver/Stock: Rank 5 - Family*

Thanks for playing Operation: Orphix Venom - stay tuned for this week’s Hotfix!

(*note: if these placements change we will detail in the official Hotfix notes).
