FOUND A FIX for the critical error crash (so far so good!) that occurs for many in Patch 13.7!

We recently upgraded the game client to be 64-bit in the 13.7 patch. This change was tested for compatibility as well as soaked on PBE, but since it was a significant change, it can still cause some unexpected problems. We are currently investigating new issues that have arisen since the upgrade.

We have noticed that some third-party apps like Discord, Blitz, and others may not be working properly causing instability. If you're experiencing issues, we suggest checking these apps and making sure that your drivers are up to date.

Don’t know if you’re aware, but played a couple games today and some of the Fighter item tooltips are somewhat off. Things like Eclipse/Ravenous saying they have 0% omnivamp instead of the new stats.

Appreciate the heads up mate. We can't ship localization in a hotfix so tooltip accuracy misses out in favor of us making the game fair and balanced quickly. Something for us to think about solutions though

Its still 13.1 but with a bunch of hotfix changes. We can live patch data but the executable change requires a full redeploy which our capability is temporarily degraded due to the recent security breach.

This is certainly not off the table for the future. For launch we wanted to reduce the risk and try to keep the initial transition as frictionless as possible.

I have basically all champs unlocked (except 4-5) and a bunch of skins. Recently I moved to europe and now I’m demotivated to play because I’ve lost all my things and couldn’t transfer account cause of garena.

So I want to know would I finally be able to transfer to EUW from Singapore server after this move?

I'll need to verify but i would think it is likely you will be able to.

We will have servers running in all the same regions so it should be very similar. The only caveat is that hardware delivery timelines are not predictable, so we may host some games out of nearby locations for a few weeks but i expect nothing like 50ms+ latency.

Yes. Latency for players in Singapore is expected to be between 5-15ms. Current average today is 12.5ms for 80% of players

Separate. There is a tradeoff between larger enough population of players to get good quality/timing of your match Vs having a good latency to the server. There is also cultural considerations as well.
