Hey!!!! Currently looking into why this is happening again, but, if you pop a note to http://support.fallguys.com/ they'll check your account, validate it, and award the trophy that you earned :)

Do not fret, friend! Launch your game, and you should see an option that says "show selector" above the big pink PLAY button. Because there's a new show, there'll be a little red notification on it. Go there, and you'll see two shows - Main Show, and our Alternative Show (which in this case is hex-a-gone!)

Select hex-a-gone trials, deselect main show, and queue for a game :). If you haven't used this before, every few days we put a new show there which focuses only on certain maps (or in this case - one map. First time we've done it!)

I relate to your friend. I dread being the last one left in my squad knowing they're watching me - 100000x worse when I stream with the team. Last one standing and 500 people watching? Better freak out and yeet myself off the edge in a panic.

Incidentally, your friend might like this mode to help him get more used to it and take some of the 'pressure' off!!

YEAH THAT SEEMS THE CONSENSUS RIGHT NOW, I REALLY LIKE THE IDEA OF MORE OF THESE. I AM A FAN OF CHAOTIC CHANGES AND THIS GAME MODE REALLY SPEAKS TO ME.

HMMMM It takes less players to start the hex trials so it should be faster than usual for queuing - how is the region selector for you?

I am super sorry about that! I relayed the information I had at the time which was that a fix would be deployed, but it did not work as intended. We have a further update to work on for this and I'll be able to give more information over the next few days.

Yeah, the reason I called out Hex specifically is that initially the issue was extreme enough for people to ragdoll through multiple floors after knocking into another bean so we focused there first.
