When we popped the patch out for Hex-A-Gone, it improved overall ragdolling and collision intensity for players, but it isn't where we want it to be yet. We'll likely roll changes out early next year (Festive break and all that!) to make improvements :)

Well its always been in the game ever since the first week of the games release but somehow its always just gone unnoticed, my guess is that it has something to do with the lower graphics settings because I'm really the only person I know of that uses minimum settings and I'm the only one that seems to have this problem.

I mean, 31 days straight sounds a little too extreme for it to be bad luck, to be honest. I'd chat to our support team to check what you haven't got yet and whether it should show up in rotation, and perhaps whether your store is bugged? They can actually see into your account and check what items you do or don't have, etc, so a little more helpful than I :)

Yep on PC only! Head to settings > profile > and then your nickname will be displayed. You can change it from there!
