@dmcclt The exploremap command doesn't matter in this case; what matters is whether or not a player character has actually been to the area! Only Mountains where no player has previously gone will have the Frost Caves.

@GingerDovahkiin They can be found on some of the ruins you come across in the world! If you're careful, you can keep them even if you expand the house into something larger!

@LickerofLolis It will be the same as with the Tar Pits; If you have explored an area it won't generate any caves, but in unexplored Mountain areas they should appear!
