Threads are being created asking whether the devs will implement Steam Achievements and Trading Cards.

The developers will decide on that and many other features for the game when it is nearly in its 1.0 state.

In this thread you can express your endorsement, or in general make suggestions related to the topic, e.g. what achievements you want to see.

We did a update for the backend today, and the steam-cloud somehow went missing.
We have updated it and the setting is back again.

So if you cannot see your character(s) or worlds. Logout your steam account and log back in again. It's the fastest way to re-enable it.

You might also be successful if you clear your steam cache. but logout/login should be the fastest way.

You can find almost all item IDs on the respective wiki pages already. Some of them are still missing tho, and the Item IDs page wasn't edited yet.

We had such a subforum, but disabled it some time after Mistlands release. Users (usually) don't read forum rules and oftentimes don't post in the correct subforum, this resulted in us having to move lots of threads each day. We decided it does't make sense to fight against the natural posting behavior in that regard. On another note, it's expected to get spoiled when visiting game forums since spoilers happen in normal comments too.

The only option to gift it to your friends using Steam wallet funds is the „purchase as a gift“ option. Since it is blocked for you, there is no way to use your Steam wallet funds for said purpose.

Time of incident: The breach began on 29th Jan. around 18:58 / 6:58pm CET and was stopped 10 minutes after.

What happened: Multiple Discord accounts with admin permissions were hijacked. A phishing link was spammed containing an infected file. Additionally, an attempt was made to delete all channels and ban users.

Current status: Iron Gate restored the Discord. The messages, however, are lost. Users who were falsely banned by the hijackers are unbanned. Thank you for you patience and understanding.

There is no longer any danger, you can join the Discord again using the old invite url .gg/valheim.

Sales, development, etc. has been discussed an innumerable amount of times on this forum in the past; These discussions all had one thing in common: Being non-constructive and ending in flamewars. Therefore, this thread is now locked.
