In case you're like me and you kept trying to plant/defuse using the F key because of other games. Everybody I play with thought you couldn't double bind at all, so I hope this is useful.
We left a lot of latitude for double binds, but can't guarantee it'll work the way you want all the time.
For example, with double binding Use and Use Spike: if you have a Cypher camera dart in you and you try to defuse it'll try to remove the dart first. That's just one of the cases where it's hard to guess at your intent because different tactical situations call for different priorities.
For people who want 100% predictability, keep the binds separate. If you can roll with the quirks, double bind your hearts out.

This bug was mentioned and I thought they said they fixed it and you just needed to restart but guess not
It has been fixed, if you look at the name of the offending file it is 2020-04-07. That is the date the issue occurred and also the date we pushed out a fix to the issue.
One thing I would like to note is that the file would have eventually been cleaned up. The way it works is every time you launch the game a new file is created and the oldest one is deleted. It only keeps a certain number of files around. With enough launches this very large file would have become the oldest and been deleted.
While the immediate issue has been fixed, we are following up on making it so a runaway bug can not cause issues like this in future. This was a very serious bug and has caused a lot of discussion on our side in order to prevent it from ever happening.

I do not investigate cheaters directly. I manage quality for the game.

Game as in VALORANT.exe or RiotClientServices.exe? Which process is using 100%?

One of our engineers sorted this. We'll push the fix at first reasonable opportunity.
Apologies for hopping on the “reply to dev with unrelated bug” train but: I had an issue where a gun I picked up at the end of a round disappeared at the start of the next one. It also happened to my teammate at the same time. I’d imagine this is just a miscommunication with the server, might have been a lag spike at the start of the round but who knows.
Minor hiccups aside I love the game so far, especially the crisp gunplay having come from csgo.
I don't want to tell you you're wrong, but is it possible it was at the end of a round that then went into overtime? Overtime resets all inventory.

Replying to this to state another bug I've seen
I like to quick switch out of awp to knife like CSGO but the "swap to last equipped weapon" bind kind of resets after you use an ability.
If you swap to weapon then knife then never use an ability it works fine.
If I swap to Operator use an ability then I can no longer swap to last equipped.
I would assume it has something to do with some abilities being "equip a weapon" like Brimstones molly.
I havent tested it much so idk if it was all characters and abilities but it was bothering me quite a bit.

Did you guys say anything about the patch cycle, yet? Is it every 2 weeks or nothing planned ? I really love the game so far and i reported a pretty severe bug as well.
Operator drops input on double zoom when moving the mouse slowly under 0.21 sensitivity.
I know Unreal Engine can be petty sometimes as i developed on some games as well haha. But still the best Engine you couldve used as it allows for you to customize it exactly for your needs.

At one point in development there was a bug where the knife became FREAKING ENORMOUS.
