We manually move teams to help with division health prior to your division locking in. This most commonly happens with contender but it can happen in any division in smaller zones. This can result in both promotions and demotions. There isn't a mechanism to promote teams based on their performance in past seasons.
When we get closer to connecting Premier to the pro leagues there will be more communication to ensure its clear to teams how they can climb if they want to go pro.
All valid feedback. Teams are re-seeded based on mmr each stage which can result in promotions and demotions (but there's no explicit promotion mechanism). We're working on our promise to connect Premier to the path to pro and part of that will include a promotion mechanism but I can't speak to how that'll work yet.
We're also not satisfied with seeding teams off compet mmr because it causes problems like not being able to see how you're being seeded and can cause issues like not being able to reinvite someone that was on your team 1s ago. Can't make promises yet, but we're aware and agree it could be better.

Type of Bug: Game crash during a game
Description: The game just crashes and close itself in the game, it NEVER happens before, just keeps crashing after 8.03 update, it happened at least once every 1-15 minutes.
I tried to wipe my windows clean (Reinstalling windows), only install necessary driver, and it will still crash, i’m sure is the update causing this happened.
- Video / Screenshot: No warning or pop up
- Steps to Reproduce: Just open a game and it will crash eventually
- Expected Result: Game not crashing
Observed Result: Game crashing
Reproduction Rate: 10/10 occurs within 15 minutes
System Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.4046 Amd adrenaline 24.1.1
- CPU: intel 13900KF

Lead producer, please consider adding outlaw skins with finishers! I am eagerly waiting to give Riot my money but I'm delaying any purchases until after that purchase. I'm sure there are more like me as well! :)
I hear you! It's going to take a little while because it takes a long to make skins with Finishers (lot of art, love, and cares goes into each one). We basically started "big" skins for Outlaw right after we finished making the default gun, and we didn't want to delay releasing the gun just because of "big" skins, so that's we released a few simple skins first (Prism, Ego, and now the Battlepass skin). But those higher tier Outlaw skins are coming...it's just going to take a few months.
Yeah i watched few different videos on it and i think i changed my opinion. It really does offer a lot but you really need to take time with it and slowly soak in everything the skin has to offer. That said, this will probably be a buy from me.

Like the melee, but it feels like a reskin with some new effects. Personally 7/10 but depends on the price and what we get in it.
It’s a brand new animation set, which might be hard to see here. New equip/pull out, new swipes, new idle pose, new running animation, and new inspect. Let me know what you think when you see it in-game!
It looks cool, but the sounds on the guns is a bit disappointing, I was expecting a really bass heavy sound but it was kinda normal sounding....
It’s hard to hear in videos. Let me know what you think when it’s in the game. The Vandal especially has a really nice demonic growl sound (not sure how to describe it) on the firing sound.
