This shit happens to me since the new patch all the time - occaisonally it gets resolved with an alt tab but it’s so annoying grrrrRRRRRR
I've been trying to raise some visibility on the workaround - we're tracking this bug for a fix but here's how you can resolve it:
You can fix this by turning off all of the "limit fps in" options in settings >>> video >>> general

It's a snake seeding algorithm. Count the number of teams in queue, divide by 8, round up. Those are how many tournaments. Then first place on the leaderboard is first seed in the first tournament, second place is first seed in the second tournament. Once we get to the max number of tournament we snake back. Your standing during the regular season gives you more favorable tournaments.
Just for reference, ghost headshot does 105, not 101.
