Sorry to hear this. This is a lot of crashes! :frowning:

It’s unfortunate none of our usual solutions have worked for you - I’ve had to add this to our database for investigation. Apologies I can’t be of more help right now.

Thank you for reporting, looking in to it!

:frowning: we do have an internal investigation open for connectivity issues that have arisen post-Chaos Wastes. I’ll add your information to it.

This could be worth a shot in the mean time: [PC] How to Resolve SIGN-IN TIMEOUT - COULDNT_CONNECT - CONNECTION TIMEOUT - COULDNT_RESOLVE_HOST Errors – Fatshark

I can see the ‘Crosshair Kill Confirmation’ is causing problems in your second log, but that wouldn’t explain your PC losing responsiveness!

There could be something else at play - overheating, etc. I’d recommend having a look at: [PC] How to Resolve PC Crashes, Loss of Responsiveness or Blue Screens (BSOD) – Fatshark

I hear you, it really is a dampener to have your time wasted like that. It will be patched, but I have to be completely honest with you in that we won’t be able to issue compensation, due to a number of limitations.

To be on the safe side, it may be worth waiting until our next substantial patch, to avoid any more disappointments. :frowning:

Please disable the ‘Numeric UI’ mod, and see what happens. I believe this is a mod-related issue.

Edit: There appears to be some GPU instability too, but see how it runs without the mod to begin with.

Sorry about this @Spaceman, we’ll have it patched soon!

Unfortunately, the crashes you’re experiencing - which are called Access Violations - can occur for a number of reasons. Sadly I can’t determine the exact cause.

We have a list of solutions based on what’s worked for other players in the past and can be seen in the article linked here: [PC] How to Resolve Most Crashes in Vermintide 2 – Fatshark

Please let me know if you need any help.

Thank you as always, added to the database!

Same crash as the other one you posted :frowning: we’ll have it patched soon! Sorry!

We’ll look in to it! Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the late reply! That’s very unfortunate. Are you able to hook your PC up to a mobile hotspot, only for a couple of minutes, purely to see if the error continues? I appreciate this isn’t always an option but it can help isolate the issue.

I have noticed that your CPU has a high Thread count, which can contribute to Access Violation crashes. So before anything, please navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu within the launcher and try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count to 6.

Sorry to hear this. The crash data isn’t particularly intuitive in this case so this is unfortunately a shot in the dark. Firstly, are you using Avast, AVG, SpyBot or 360 Total Security Anti-Virus? If so, please see: [PC] Crashing on Launch and Using Avast, AVG, SpyBot or 360 Total Security Anti-Virus? – Fatshark

Failing that, I can only recommend running through the solutions here: ...
