Guys I fully understand the frustrations here but getting hostile is not going to solve anything.
The developers are working on the issue again and working on a solution. This is an unusually high number of server outings today and not normal at all. Everything is being done to correct it, but please consider its 23:50 Moscow time right now and HQ is hardly full of staff at this time.
Please bare in mind I am bringing you the information given to me as and when we can. I do not decide on who gets what and what can be done about things.

We hear them and as I said today has been an unusually high level of downtime. Occasionally we sometimes have about 30-40 mins sometimes due to issues, but today has been a real issue.
HQ are on the matter and when we have something more to share we will.
With that said, throwing hostility at those of us here trying to pass things along as soon as possible is not going to speed that up or resolve the issues better.
Severs should now be restored to fully operational status. We apologize once again and will keep you updated on the situation.
It means that whilst we (International Community Managers) may be awake right now to respond to you guys, most of the staff and developers at HQ are not.
We have no such control over these matters at all and are doing what we can to keep the information flowing as soon as we get it.

Given the volatility of the servers right now, we must be extreamly careful and this is a matter that needs properly resolving.

Once again, please read what I said as you are massively misunderstanding. We have a 24 hour sever coverage for any issues so that they can be resolved around the clock and they have been.
The servers are now back up and operational already. It does not matter what time they go down, they can be resolved.
What im saying is, regarding the questions being asked about compensation and extension, they require spesific people to answer who are not awake right now as its midnight in Moscow. When they are available and we have something to share, we will.

Due to server issues occurring on Aug 23rd, all active Premium accounts have been extended by 12 hours.
The time required to complete the current Operation S.U.M.M.E.R. tasks will be also extended by 12 hours. “Mark of distinction 9 for tankers/pilots/sailors” can be achieved up until 23:00 UTC/GMT, Aug 25th.
Therefore, on Aug 25th both Marks of Distinction 9 and 10 will be active.
