Hey there everyone, welcome to a new article series that we, the Community Managers will be posting here on the forum whenever we’ve got some valuable information to share with you.

With this new series, we aim to keep you in the loop on what’s going on in the background to ensure you’re kept in the flow and not left in the dark. We’ll be keeping this series more ‘personal’ than what we regularly publish, where they will be written from the CM’s eyes and perspective.

Regular Roadmap, dev blogs and other important articles will still be published on the website as normal, this series is sort of a new addition to the list of many things that we do.

Hi yes if you share them as Public. Add a comment when sharing and make it as public and it will appear in the WT community page.

We’re constantly working on removing cheaters from War Thunder. We rely on the Easy Anti-Cheat system to check for prohibited software usage, as well as on reports from players that we carefully go through. You can use the replay service on our website to report players to us who have violated the Terms of Service and the License Agreement of the game.

Banned accounts

In the first two weeks of May 2024, we’ve blocked 3,468 accounts that were found to have violated the rules. Specifically 3.2.3 of the EULA namely in the automation of gameplay (using bots) and cheat software. For complete transparency, we’re publishing the full list of these blocked players.

Hi, you can maneuver using the A and D keys for example after launching an ATGM, we haven't made any changes to helicopters in this regard

What helicopter are you having this problem with?

Hi, we didn't do any silent nerf for this vehicle — any changes to a vehicle that affects its performance is mentioned in patch notes, which can be found here:

Hi there! Thanks for bringing this to our attention, however it's meant to be like this. The reason is because it's max rank (VIII) plus it only has 2 rank 4 modifications. If a vehicle has less modifications at a certain rank, then the cost of the ones that it has is higher.

Take the German MiG-29 for example, it has 4 rank 4 modifications that add up to 100,000 in total. The Tornado IDS MFG has 2 that add up to 100,000.

Hi, it's just structural steel, no ERA. If it contained ERA, it would show in X-Ray mode when viewing this tank.

Hi, you can't research helicopters with aircraft, only with ground vehicles. The option as others have said already is "Research of helicopters by playing ground vehicles" in the research tree.
