Hi. Did you login to the game with the same account that you redeemed it on? Go to decals and simply search the name UU Girl Heart and it should appear.

There was a Jagdpanzer IV with the Panther's 75 premium command version with a raised flat front hull plate. It's gone, not even available to buy, just gone from the tree.

There was also this plain dark blue circle roundel decal I liked having on all my US tanks. Now the same decal slots they were in are empty. If I use something else in same slot it displays at the same size as I had the circles at.

If you purchased any premium packs such as the Leopard 2A4, M1A1 "Click Bait," and M1KVT, you get them in-game immediately after purchase. Upon logging in, check out USA and Germany's research tree (click the "Research" button). On the right hand side under Premium vehicles they will be unlocked.

If they're not there, please check WT in your Steam library on the right under "DLC" for the packs. Please ensure that you've logged in to the game with your Steam account that you used to make the purchase, relogging Steam may help.

Hi, there's no skill based matchmaking and premium account doesn't affect who you get into battle with.

It all depends on who's playing and what BRs you are playing. Some BRs are more popular than others, which brings more players for example, which may either mean more successful battles or less successful battles.

Hi. Since there is a research element to the game, there's an option to use GE to skip if you want. War Thunder is a free to play game which means there needs to be this sort of element in the game so that it is sustainable.

Hi, this was a new update that changed the crew window. It's because of GUI scale - go to Options > Main parameters > UI scale and adjust it to a fitting one.
